1. About No Longer Fatherless
No Longer Fatherless, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Volusia County, Florida. Our mission is to connect fatherless boys ages 11–18 with positive male role models in the community through one-on-one mentorship, life skills programming, and group events.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, and federal laws. You may not:
Use the site to transmit any harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
Use the site to collect personal information about other users without their consent
Reproduce, distribute, or republish any content from this site without written permission
3. SMS / Text Message Program
No Longer Fatherless operates an SMS text messaging program to communicate with mentors, mentees, families, and supporters. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to the following terms:
Program Name: No Longer Fatherless SMS Communications
Types of Messages: You will receive text messages related to:
Program updates and announcements
Event reminders and invitations
Mentor and mentee follow-up communications
Survey requests and program information
Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. You may receive up to 4 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.
How to Opt In: You may opt in to receive SMS messages by submitting your phone number through one of our program enrollment forms, web forms, or by providing verbal or written consent to a No Longer Fatherless staff member.
How to Opt Out: You can cancel text messages at any time. Simply reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message to let you know you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages unless you opt back in.
How to Rejoin: To start receiving messages again, text START to the same number.

Data Sharing: Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent data will NOT be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your information is used solely to communicate with you about No Longer Fatherless programs and services.

4. Program Participation
Participation in No Longer Fatherless mentorship programs is voluntary. By enrolling a youth in our program, a parent or legal guardian agrees to:
Provide accurate information during the enrollment process
Cooperate with program staff and mentors in support of the youth's development
Understand that No Longer Fatherless volunteers and staff are not licensed counselors or therapists
Allow No Longer Fatherless to photograph or record program events for nonprofit use, unless a written opt-out is submitted
5. Donations
All donations made to No Longer Fatherless are voluntary and non-refundable. No Longer Fatherless, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and donations may be tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for details. We are committed to using all donated funds responsibly in support of our mission.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and program materials, is the property of No Longer Fatherless, Inc. and is protected by applicable copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written permission from No Longer Fatherless.
